Prepping yourself for waist training can actually be a lot more challenging than the actual challenge, so let’s go over that first.
The key is to pick the right sized and styled waist trainer for yourself. Your waist trainer should not interfere with your breathing or cause you any sort of pain. At first it might feel uncomfortable, but later it’ll be fine.
Waist training is a semi-permanent process, hence it’ll take time and needs to be tackled gradually for best results. The training does not end after 7 days but after seven days you will know whether you and a waist trainer are going to be good partners or need to part ways.
Wear the waist trainer for one to two hours on the first day.
Wear the waist trainer for 4 hours today. It might become uncomfortable but your body will start getting used to it. While at it, try Pilates.
Wear the waist trainer for 6 hours today. Try stretching and 10 to 15 minutes of cardio.
Wear it 8 hours today and keep a check on your diet. Continue with the previous exercises.
Wear it for 9 hours today and increase the cardio to 20 minutes.
Wear it today for 10 hours and if you can do it maybe this is your thing.
If you can again wear it for 10 hours today and your body is fine with it, then you’re ready for the long run!
